Eco Tech Papers upcoming project in Assam

Lohia group, a leading industrial house of North Eastern region is coming up with a new paper mill by the name of “Eco Tech Papers” of capacity 150 TPD for manufacturing of Multilayer Kraft Paper using recycled fiber as raw material. The project is likely to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2013. The design and engineering is done by Sharad Projects. Entire paper project is designed on Distributed Control System (DCS). The project will have captive co-generation power plant of 4MW with 25TPH boiler.

The paper machine shall be compatible to produce multilayer/single layer variety of kraft paper ranging from 58-280 GSM. The configuration of paper machine is MF machine with triple fouridinier arrangement system including size press and kooster calendar. The group plans to cater to neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar etc also with its finished kraft paper.
