Metso has acquired Tamfelt, resulting in the formation of Metso Fabrics Inc., headquartered in Tampere, Finland. Metso has now become a world leader in filtration fabrics and paper machine clothing.
The contract with Chennai based Trikone Marketing has been terminated in the end of 2011. Now onwards, Metso Paper India is responsible of Metso Fabrics sales in India.
