JK Paper is set to host an immersive event, ‘Daakroom – The Letter Writing Carnival,’ as part of its Annual Student Outreach Program. Scheduled for Jan 18, 2025, the event will take place at the World Trade Centre in Mumbai.
The carnival aims to revive the timeless art of letter writing, encouraging visitors to craft handwritten letters and foster meaningful connections. It promises an array of immersive experiences, including the Writing Zone, where participants can pen letters to their role models, favorite celebrities, or even connect with new people. The Workshops & Contest Zone offers expert-led sessions on calligraphy and zine-making, along with engaging competitions such as origami and poetry writing.

Apart from that, the Activity Zone can unleash the creativity of the visitors by designing personalized keepsakes like DIY seed pencils, coasters, and magnets. The Nostalgia Room, thoughtfully curated to evoke cherished memories, while the Marketplace showcases an array of products, including curated letter-writing kits, handmade stationery, and exclusive Daakroom offerings, alongside stalls by budding entrepreneurs.
A highlight of the event is the JK Paper Craft Zone, featuring an exhibit of art created by visually challenged students. This space also includes innovative activities such as newspaper dress-making and a target-throw game, making it a hub of creativity, inclusivity, and inspiration.
