The Board of Directors at Orient Paper & Industries Ltd. has appointed Mr. Ashwin Laddha as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from 14th January 2022.
Further, the Board has also in-principle decided to appoint Mr. Laddha as the new Managing Director & CEO of the company with effect from 1st April 2022, in place of Mr. M.L. Pachisia whose tenure of appointment as Managing Director shall be expiring on 31st March 2022.
Mr. Laddha, 46 years old, is an MBA graduate and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He is a dynamic business strategy and marketing professional with a diverse background and extensive global experience across all facets of business & marketing operations, product management, sales management and finance with strengths in real-time business decision making and identifying ROI drivers.

Prior to joining Orient Paper, Mr. Ashwin was Joint President & Regional Sales Marketing Head (Pulp & Fiber Business) of Grasim Industries Ltd. He has over two decades of diverse experience across pulp & fiber and telecom business. During his career, he held leadership roles in strategic business & operational planning, global sales & marketing in Grasim Industries and Sterlite Technologies Ltd.
