Watch: In Pursuit of Lesser Water Footprint
Hosted at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC), a venue featuring a 4-hall structure and over 40,300 square meters of exhibition space, the event provided a dynamic environment for industry engagement. With a population exceeding 100 million, predominantly young consumers, and a growth rate of 1.9% annually, Egypt offers a vibrant and expanding market. The country’s paper sector is particularly promising, with 78% of its demand currently met by imports, while only 22% is sourced domestically. The market for paper, tissue, paperboard, and pulp is projected to grow at an annual rate of 10% over the next three years, underscoring the country’s rising capabilities.
