Our plant is equipped with cutting-edge, in-house developed software that streamlines the generation of P&I diagrams and bills of materials with remarkable speed and accuracy. Furthermore, our commitment to enhancing our manufacturing capabilities is demonstrated by our investment in sophisticated machinery. For instance, our acquisition of a vertical milling center (VMC) with a fully automatic 5-axis CNC system enables us to execute high-precision work with intricate details. This capability positions us to cater to the evolving needs of the industry, particularly for high-speed paper machines with production speeds of 1000-1500 meters per minute.
Notably, our machines incorporate advanced automation features that optimize the production process, ensuring higher yields and superior product quality. This development has streamlined the procurement process for our clients, eliminating the hassle of sourcing machinery from multiple vendors. Our services begin with project planning and designing, where our engineering team harnesses their expertise and utilizes modern tools such as computer-aided design and 3D designing to create precise and efficient layouts. Our bespoke drafting workstation and in-house developed software enable us to generate flow sheets, manufacturing drawings, P&I diagrams, and bills of materials with utmost efficiency.
Once the planning is complete, we move on to the manufacturing stage, where our well-established factory plays a pivotal role. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce a wide range of pulp and paper mill machinery and its parts. Depending on the project requirements, we can manufacture the parts on-site or transport them for assembly at the client’s location. Beyond manufacturing, we also take charge of the erection and commissioning of the machinery, ensuring that the entire plant is set up and operational. Our experienced team plays a crucial role in executing the project on an EPC basis, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
Additionally, we offer maintenance services, including regular upkeep and support for the plant’s efficient operation. We are committed to investing in research and development (R&D) to incorporate state-of-the-art technology into our solutions. This includes exploring cutting-edge automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives to enhance the efficiency and eco-friendliness of our machinery. One of our most noteworthy achievements is our workshop facility, which currently spans an area of 10,000 square meters. This state-of-the-art facility has been instrumental in our success, enabling us to deliver high-quality machinery and meet the demands of both domestic and overseas markets.
Additionally, we have continuously expanded and improved our infrastructure to meet the growing demands of the industry. Currently, we have a workshop facility spanning 10,000 square meters. I’m pleased to announce that we are actively expanding our workshop facility by an additional 5,000 square meters, with completion expected by the end of this year. This expansion will bring our total workshop area to 15,000 square meters, approximately 161,000 square feet, enabling us to enhance our manufacturing capabilities and cater to high-speed paper machines with production speeds of 1000-1500 meters per minute.
Moreover, we are excited to share that we plan to expand our workshop facility even further. By 2027, we aim to have a state-of-the-art facility spanning approximately 25,000 square meters (equivalent to approximately 269,000 square feet). This expansion will not only accommodate our technological advancements but also position us as one of India’s largest paper machine manufacturing facilities. Furthermore, as part of our global expansion strategy, in 2022 we opened our American subsidiary, JMC Paper Tech USA. This strategic move has allowed us to establish a strong presence in the North and South American markets and offer localized services to our clients in the region.
We have ventured into the paper manufacturing sector by establishing a paper mill division in the United States and Mexico. The inauguration of our first 150 TPD kraft paper mill in Juarez, Mexico, stands as a significant achievement in this endeavor. The establishment of JMC Paper Tech USA and the opening of our first 150 TPD kraft paper mill in Juarez, Mexico, are important milestones in this regard. As our engineering and paper manufacturing divisions continue to grow, we aim to expand our paper mill further to include another 350 TPD kraft paper mill in Juarez, Mexico.
