Sidhu Engineering Works has secured an international order from Turkey to supply Robo Cleaners for a high-speed crescent former tissue paper machine.

Sidhu Engineering Works has received an order from Turkey for its Robo Cleaner system to be installed on a high-speed tissue paper machine operating at 1,850 metres per minute. The crescent former machine will be equipped with two Robo Cleaners, one installed on the wire section and the other on the press felt.

The cleaning system is designed to enhance fabric cleaning efficiency and improve overall paper machine runnability. According to the company, the technology also supports mills in achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) goals while extending the service life of machine fabrics.

Sidhu Engineering stated that it was among the first innovators in India to develop this Robo Cleaner technology, which has since been approved and adopted by several paper mills.
