Duni Group, a leading Swedish company providing sustainable dining and food packaging solutions for the restaurant market, has signed an agreement to acquire Poppies Europe Limited, British manufacturer of paper tableware.

Duni Group will acquire 100 percent of Poppies Europe Limited on a cash and debt-free basis for a fixed purchase price of approximately USD 60.94 million. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval in the UK and customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
