TAPPI will recognize seven outstanding professionals for their contributions to TAPPI, and to the pulp, paper, and packaging industries, by designating them as TAPPI Fellows. The title TAPPI Fellow is an honorary one bestowed on less than one percent of TAPPI’s membership, and is given to individuals who have made extraordinary technical or service contributions to the industry and/or the Association. The TAPPI Fellows Class of 2009 will be inducted at TAPPI’s Annual Fellows Luncheon, June 2, 2009, during PaperCon’09, May 31- June 3, 2009 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
TAPPI’s seven new Fellows for 2009 are:
