Paper Mart: It is crucial for the equipment manufacturers to continuously upgrade their technology and infrastructure. Please share the notable upgrades made by you in recent times.
Jaikishan Sharma: Considering the modern industrial landscape, we have to keep evolving with the changing market demands and customer expectations. One of the crucial ways to ensure this is to consistently upgrade the production capabilities & enhance the quality. To ensure the same, we have added technologically-advanced machineries & software for higher precision and accurate manufacturing processes. We have also adopted the latest manufacturing practices & tools to maintain the high standard of our products.
These advanced tools and machinery allow us to work on a wider range of products and manufacture more complex & critical equipment in-house, expanding the possibilities of serving the customer with more innovative and better designs. Further, one of the key features that we have recently added to our facility is the complete testbench of 60×9 meters. It creates a controlled environment that closely mirrors the actual mill conditions and allows us to thoroughly test the functionalities of each component before installation. By conducting these tests & trials in advance, we can eliminate the chances of error and issues, ensuring optimal performance.

PM: How do you help your customers in achieving enhanced efficiencies, better quality, production and improved profitability?
JS: Keeping our customers informed is the key fundamental that helps us in building trust with customers and achieving the targeted performance. Being transparent with the customer and showing them the clear picture helps them in making an informed decision. It provides them a clear understanding of the product, services and ability to assess its values and their needs more effectively.
We are expanding our services worldwide for our customers so that geography is not an obstacle, helping them to explore all the possibilities along with affordability. We keep adding new verticals of services as per the customers’ demand to have a one-stop solution for them. Our services and solutions are customized, fitting to the unique wish list of each customer, helping them to achieve specific targets. We aim at engineering more energy-efficient solutions to bring down the recurring cost in the manufacturing process. Also, with the rise of Industry 4.0 technologies, we design our machines to be compatible with the upcoming advanced automation features providing flexibility to our customers. As we understand the essence of time and how it affects the profitability, we provide a proactive approach, minimizing the installation time and ensuring smoother & faster project completions with reliable results with the help of regular advancements like testbench.
