Mr. Hareram Pandit’s Background
My journey in the paper industry began in 1988 as a Training Supervisor at Gujarat (India) Paper Mills Limited. I have worked for major paper mills in Gujarat including Kalpataru Papers, Rainbow Papers, Best Paper Mills, and others till 2007. In 2007, I ventured into the export sector which led me to the Ivory Coast where I worked with ROTOCI, setting up the first double-wire kraft paper plant. I worked there from 2007 to 2012. Initially, we had a machine with a capacity of 10 TPD which we further increased to 80 TPD. In 2012, after moving back to India, I joined Parason Machinery as a DGM, where I have been giving consultancy to date. In 2013, I started my own company, Amit Paper Consultants & Engineers. The organization was built as a proprietorship firm to set up a most propelled composite designing unit for apparatus assembling & creating works for paper plants & synthetic plants, giving it a focused edge in this period of globalization.

USP
We are active in buying and selling used paper machinery and industrial units, and act as an intermediary for individual used machines to complete running industrial units. We deliver the best possible used machinery, or a complete running industrial unit, tailored to the client’s exact manufacturing needs. We have a good relationship with the clients because we provide complete turnkey-based solutions, which only a few companies provide. Many companies are beginning their journey in the paper industry without prior experience or knowledge about setting up a mill. They do not know the power consumption, how steam is generated, and what is the process. We help them by calculating the cost of setting up a mill, what will be the conversion, and what will be the probability.

We plan to do everything in-house. For this purpose, we have already purchased the property on lease and will start production soon.
