Promoted by Mr. Ashok Sharma, the company is established with a clear objective: to produce high-quality writing paper while generating meaningful employment in the region. The foundation of Heart Touch Paper is rooted in its belief and resilience. The promoter envisioned that it could transform recycled waste paper into valuable writing paper, symbolizing growth, responsibility, and opportunity.
What began as an industrial investment gradually evolved into a mission-driven enterprise contributing to education, sustainability, and local livelihoods. The company is led by Mr. Jitendra Pratap Singh, President – Sales, Marketing & Finance. He manages business development, dealer network expansion, customer relations, financial planning, and overall commercial strategy of the company.

Manufacturing Setup & Capacity
The mill operates as a fully integrated writing paper manufacturing facility, equipped with modern automated machinery and advanced quality control systems. It has an installed capacity of 3.5 tonnes per hour and operates for 22 hours per day. The mill’s total annual production capacity stands at 24,640 tonnes, with writing paper constituting the major share of production at approximately 20,205 tonnes per year. The mill generates employment for 358 individuals and the total project costs INR 4,064.28 lakhs.
The mill produces writing paper, printing paper, and waste paper by-products, with writing paper accounting for approximately 82% of the recovered output, while waste paper by-products constitute around 18% of the total production.

Heart Touch Paper is an export-oriented company holding a valid export license and currently supplying its products to Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, while maintaining a strong presence in the domestic market across India.
The company’s key strengths lie in its consistent and uniform product quality, competitive pricing, bulk supply capability, energy-efficient RDF boiler and turbine system, recycled raw material–based production, and transparent and professional business practices.
