Haber, a leader in AI-driven process automation and specialty chemicals, has announced the appointment of Ms. Nilanjana Bhattacharyya as Vice President of Growth and Customer Success (Digital Products & Solutions).
With extensive experience in customer-centric solutions and industrial automation, Ms. Nilanjana will drive Haber’s expansion in the pulp, paper & packaging sector, ensuring seamless adoption of AI and IoT-driven process optimization.

An alumna of BITS Pilani (B.Tech) and Massachusetts Institute Technology (MBA), she brings a
unique combination of engineering, consulting, and product leadership expertise. At McKinsey,
Ms. Nilanjana worked extensively across industrials, agriculture, and transportation, leading global
teams to solve critical business challenges. Most recently, at Innovaccer, she played a pivotal
role in scaling digital solutions and driving product strategy.
She will spearhead Haber’s expansion efforts in the pulp, paper, and packaging industry. A key focus will be on expanding the adoption of Kaiznn™ and Mt. Fuji®. Kaiznn™, an AI-powered advanced planning and deckle optimization tool, helps mills minimize trim loss and maximize order fulfillment. Mt. Fuji®, an AI-integrated production and process intelligence platform, enhances efficiency, reliability, and performance in manufacturing operations.
