Voith Paper has entered a new leadership phase with Tero Kokko taking over as President & CEO on October 1, 2026, succeeding Andreas Endters, who leaves Voith after more than 35 years with the company.

Mr. Tero Kokko has assumed the role of President & CEO of Voith Paper, succeeding Andreas Endters following his more than three-decade tenure with Voith. Mr. Kokko joins Voith from Valmet, where he led the global pulp business, and brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the pulp and paper industry, with expertise in strategy, transformation and business development.
