Chinese papermaking enterprise and kraft paperboard manufacturer Zhejiang Jingxing Paperboard has ordered a Valmet IQ Steam Profiler from Valmet. The system optimizes moisture profile and improves end-product quality. A multi-zone steambox system Valmet IQ Steam Profiler provides unique profiling accuracy through its electromechanical actuator with position feedback and features advanced steam injection technology.
The delivery is expected to take place in the second quarter 2023. Talking about the development, Mr. Xiaodong Qian, General Manager, Industrial paper department, Jingxing Paper said, “We have had a very good experience with the Valmet IQ Steam Profiler in the existing production line. It has significantly improved moisture management and product quality. Hence we decided to invest in another one. We are confident that Valmet’s proven technology will strengthen our competitiveness in the market.”
