N R Agarwal moves closer to setting up a new multilayer board plant after initiating phased land purchase in Gujarat.

N R Agarwal Industries Limited has taken a key step toward establishing its new Multilayer Board Plant (Unit VI) by commencing land acquisition at Dahej, Gujarat. The company plans to acquire around 145 acres of land for the project, with the acquisition to be carried out in multiple tranches.

As part of this process, the first tranche of sale deeds was successfully executed on December 19, 2025.
