JK Paper Limited has appointed former Bata India MD & CEO Gunjan Dinesh Kumar Shah as President (Paper), effective October 12, 2026, following approval by its NRC. His inclusion in the company’s senior management is subject to Board approval.

JK Paper Limited has appointed Gunjan Dinesh Kumar Shah as President (Paper), with effect from October 12, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), which also approved his inclusion in the senior management, subject to Board approval.

Mr. Shah brings nearly three decades of experience across the consumer durables, retail, FMCG and telecom sectors. He previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Bata India Limited for five years and spent nearly 14 years at Britannia Industries Limited, where he rose to the position of Chief Commercial Officer and also headed international business. Earlier in his career, he worked with Asian Paints and Motorola.
