Balkrishna Paper Mills will dispose of machinery at its Ambivali factory for INR 13.62 crore, receiving a 20% advance from buyer Symcom Exim.

Balkrishna Paper Mills Limited has announced the disposal of machinery located at its Ambivali factory, with the total sale consideration set at INR 13.62 crore plus applicable GST.

The company has already received INR 2.72 crore, representing 20% of the total sale consideration, as an advance on March 12, 2026. The buyer is Symcom Exim Pvt Ltd.
The company confirmed that Mr. Sameep Gopal Goyal, Director of Symcom Exim, is not related to the promoter group, directors, or key managerial personnel of Balkrishna Paper Mills, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party deal and is being conducted on an arm’s-length basis.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the Ambivali unit generated revenue of INR 232.36 lakh, accounting for 96.35% of the company’s total revenue.
