JK Paper Limited has acquired 40,08,899 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each representing 15.40% of the total paid-up share capital of Borkar Packaging Private Limited (BPPL). Post this acquisition, the company’s shareholding in BPPL has increased to 87.36% of the total paid-up share capital of BPPL.
