Saloni Paper Machines has successfully commissioned its Paper Machine-1 rebuild project, involving extensive mechanical installation, modification, overhauling and commissioning activities.

Saloni Paper Machines Pvt. Ltd. has successfully commissioned its Paper Machine-1 rebuild project. The scope involved dismantling the existing press section frame and installing and aligning a new frame, along with the installation and commissioning of a new Kadant steam and condensate system, including rotary joints and associated piping.

The rebuild also covered the installation and assembly of internal dryer components, including turbulator bars and syphons, as well as hydraulic and lubrication tubing for the dryer and press sections. Critical equipment and components underwent complete mechanical overhauling and inspection to support reliable operation.

The final commissioning involved inspection, alignment, testing and troubleshooting of the rebuilt sections.
