The first INVO®Jet, installed in summer 2009, improved the overall performance in Coater station no 2 to such a degree, that Korsnäs Frövi now has ordered the second INVO®Jet to be installed in coater station no 3. The success of the INVO®Jet installation is visible with:
• Nearly no clogs in the slice opening of the jet-applicator.
• The cleaning time by web breaks is reduced by 50%from 30 minutes down to 15 minutes.
• Cleaning time by maintenance stops is substantially reduced.
• Time from blade on to coating is reduced from about 15 seconds to less than 3 seconds.
