Ningxia Bauhinia Paper Co. Ltd has signed a contract with Toscotec for the supply of an AHEAD 1.5M crescent former tissue machine with an output of 80 tpd. The new line will be started up in the second half of 2011. Ningxia Bauhinia Paper Co.Ltd, located in Yinchuan (Ningxia province), was founded in 1989 and is part of Ningxia Zijinghua Group. The company started as a township enterprise and at the present time has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tpy with 2600 employees and ranks the Top 10 tissue producers in China.
The company in 2007 invested 300 millions RMB to build a new 50,000 ton year straw pulp line and in 2009 installed a new crescent former machine. Toscotec’s supply includes innovative AHEAD 1.5M crescent former tissue machine with single-layer headbox and double press configuration, 15′ Steel Yankee Dryer (TT SYD 15FT) featuring a steam heated hood, machine auxiliaries, approach flow system, electrification and control system. Machine speed will be up to 1500 mpm with a net trim width of 3450 mm.
