JK Paper Limited acquired the remaining 20% shareholding in Radhesham Wellpack Private Limited (RWPL) on September 9, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately INR 44.02 crore. The acquisition comprises 25,000 equity shares of INR 100 each. Following the transaction, RWPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of JK Paper.
