“Service contracts are an easy way for the customers to make sure that the vacuum system is used and working properly. Service costs are fixed and the customer doesn’t have to worry about regular maintenance. Metsä Group has used Runtech turbos in several machines in Finland for more than 15 years. Now the service contract includes extended service, where the Runtech service team performs detailed inspections of the motor, impeller, and auxiliary equipment.
