South Africa-based Mpact Paper has been one of the first customers of Bellmer for shoe press. Previously, the order was for the 2nd nip while the current order is for the 1st nip. The Company has placed a repeat order for its Felixton mill. This demonstrates Mpact’s satisfaction with the existing shoe press.

Started in 1967, Mpact is the largest paper and plastics packaging manufacturer and recycling company in Southern Africa. Its integrated business model is uniquely focused on closing the loop in the plastic and paper packaging manufacturing cycle by continuously maximising value and minimising waste.

Its paper division produces recycled-based packaging and is an accredited manufacturer of industrial paper grades such as containerboards (like fruit or vegetable boxes) and cartonboards (like cereal boxes). All the mills are ISO and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.
