Shri Krishna Fire Works has acquired Raj Rajeshwari Kraft Pvt. Ltd. from bank and they will pay the loan of Rs. 6.5 crore for the same. The mill was acquired in running condition with a capacity to produce 40 TPD kraft paper.
Located in Paernayakkanpatti Village near Sivakasi the mill produces kraft paper from 80-180 GSM, 12-20 BF. The new owners have invested about Rs. 1-2 crores in plant and other machinery and have also invested in the stock preparation system by procuring equipments from Parason Machinery.
