Suzano, Brazil, is expected to reduce its market pulp volume by approximately 4 percent this year due to the complex pulp market period. The company suspects inadequate returns and hence aims to cut down production.

Suzano has an installed capacity of 10.9 million TPA market pulp production. In 2022, the company produced about 10.6 million tons of market pulp, and a four percent reduction would be in the range of about 424,000 tons.
