From November 1 to 4, 2017, the focus at the BW Papersystems and Stationery Automation booth will be on cost-effective converting of folio-size paper, as well as on versatile A4 copy paper production.
The highlight will be the new Falcon folio sheeter for paper mills. This high-performance sheeter with non-stop pallet change combines proven technology from E.C.H. Will, Jagenberg, Bielomatik and MarquipWardUnited. This not only means highest levels in cut quality, cleanliness and accuracy but also a flexible, highly productive sheeter perfectly suited for daily 24-hour operation in paper mills. “With up to 10 webs, working widths up to 2500 mm and a production speed up to 350 m/min., the Falcon provides the competitive advantage an Indian paper mill needs,” explainsMarco Biagianti, Sales Executive of BW Papersystems.
Modular folio ream wrappers are perfect companions to the Falcon, the eCon or other sheeters from the BW Papersystems’ brands. Semi to fully automatic wrappers offer consistent wrapping quality, handling large sized folio reams and all sorts of papers and board efficiently. Wrapping materials include poly-coated or Kraft paper and their adaptable design allow the wrappers to meet individual production requirements.
With the merger of the legendarycut-size brands E.C.H. Will, Pemco and Bielomatik, BW Papersystems established the new brand WillPemcoBielomatik.
