Kalptaru Papers Ltd is installing PM3, a 30 TPD tissue machine capable of producing both soft & hard tissue ranging from 12 to 16 GSM. Using pulp and waste paper as their raw material the company will also produce OTC on this machine. At present, the company is running two machines and the new machine is installed on the first floor. It is planning to start the trial Production on 27th November 2009 on the second hand machine purchased from Canada, while the commercial production will follow in end December 2009. Setup with an investment of rupees 18-20 crores the company will market its yield in Gujarat, Maharashtra and will also try to export as it is near to port.
