Kohinoor group is installing a 200 TPD coated duplex board plant to produce grey back, white back, coated both sides in 180-500 GSM. The orders are being finalised and the management is planning to commission production in 2011-end. At the same site at Falta in West Bengal they are running a waste paper based newsprint and writing & printing paper machine which was commissioned in 2008-end. Main equipments for this machine were supplied by Kadant, Servall, Hardayal & Globe Radio. The machine has a deckle of 4250mmon reel with a production speed of 450mpm.
They are also planning a 250 TPD greenfield lute grated pulp & paper mill. Land has already been acquired with financial closures and the site work is in progress. Order for main equipments are expected to be finalized in first quarter of 2011 and completion is scheduled for 2012- end.
