Ladhar Paper Mill is installing a 100 TPD (tons per day) newsprint and writing & printing paper machine in Village Ladhran, Distt Jalandhar, Punjab. The paper plant has been imported and the wire part is being modified with new press from R.C.Paper Machinery, Saharanpur. The paper machine has a production speed 450 mpm and width of 2850 mm. Start-up of the machine is scheduled in July, 2009. The total project cost is estimated at rupees 40 crores.
The company is installing a 100 TPD deinking plant. Also E.T.P is being installed by STEP, Roorkee. The primary raw material will be Imported SOP, Imported CBS for writing printing paper manufacturing and ONP for Newsprint. Ladhar paper mill is promoted by a NRI Group having interests in Nursing Homes, Pubs, Bars and Care Home Business.
