Pakka Limited is progressing with Project Jagriti, with around 85 per cent of major equipment work completed. The new power and recovery boilers are targeted for start-up in September 2026, while PM4 start-up is planned for November 2026.

Alongside the expansion, Pakka is developing its flexC base material, with pilot trials nearing completion for applications including confectionery wraps, snack pouches, sachets, medical packaging, seed packs, release liners, dry-food liners and tea pouches. The company has also committed to establishing a Material Science Centre as part of its innovation programme.
