Voith has introduced a modern deflaking solution with the InfibraDeflaker, designed for today’s stock preparation challenges. A deflaking solution in stock preparation involves breaking down fiber flakes, shives, and bundles into individual fibers. It improves pulp homogeneity without cutting fibers.

This modern technology comes up with flexible capacity adjustment, simplified maintenance and reliable fiber processing, coming together in one BlueLine solution built for real mill conditions. The InfibraDeflaker has low specific energy requirement, intensive acceleration and deceleration of the stock for optimum deflaking, less breaks on the paper machine, quick filling replacement, and no refining effect.
