The Morbi-based paper mill is setting up a 120 TPD single wire kraft paper plant.

Evernew Papers LLP will set up a 120 TPD single wire kraft paper plant at Morbi in Gujarat. The company will install a high BF single wire MF (machine finished) machine with size press. Evernew intends to upgrade the machine to top wire in future. The company will manufacture high BF kraft paper, fluting media, and test linear paper at the facility.

The machine’s deckle size is 4100 mm and is designed to run at a speed of 300 MPM (maximum operating speed is 250 MPM). The raw material used will be OCC, NDLKC and KCC. The estimated cost of the project is INR 40 crore.
JMC Paper Tech Private Limited will supply a partial pulp mill section, a complete paper machine section along with other finishing equipments. As informed to Paper Mart, the plant’s erection and installation is under full swing and Evernew Papers expects to go for commercial production from September 2021.

Before stepping into the paper industry, Evernew Paper’s management was involved in the business of ceramics and laminates industry as M/S. Symphony Ceramics, M/S. Om Laminates & M/S. Parimal Trading Co. The company’s workforce includes around 130 skilled and unskilled personnel.
