The revenue of ITC Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division (ITC PSPD) stood at INR 2046.48 crore for the December quarter, growing by 38.51 percent, as against the revenue of INR 1477.53 crore in the same quarter last year.

The gross revenue from sales of products and services of the paper and paperboard producer was INR 448.44 crore in the Q3 FY22 whereas it was INR 285.03 crore in the Q3 FY21. Thus, the gross revenue from sales rose by 57.33 percent in the period under review from the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

The paper and paper-based products manufactured include – packaging boards, specialty and graphic boards, and specialty papers. The company said that there has been robust growth in volume and realizations and the production volumes were at a record high along with the revival of demand across most end-user segments and higher exports. Also, the value-added paperboards segment grew at a rapid pace with higher realisations, strategic capacity expansions, and strong exports performance.
