Valmet will deliver a wide range of field services to Ittihad Paper Mill for the second consecutive year for its annual shutdown for 2024 scheduled to take place at the end of July 2024.

Ittihad Paper Mill (IPM) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, has again selected Valmet as the main supplier of field services for its annual shutdown in 2024 scheduled to take place at the end of July 2024.
The order was included in Valmet’s orders received for the fourth quarter of 2023.
Since the inauguration of Ittihad Paper Mill’s paper machine (PM1) in 2019, IPM and Valmet have continuously worked together to secure top productivity and competitiveness of the mill. For the mill’s annual shutdown in 2024, Valmet will deliver a comprehensive selection of field services including targeted equipment audits, maintenance planning, shutdown management, and execution of the maintenance work for the second consecutive year.
