The International Trade and Exhibitions India (ITEI), a New Delhi based subsidiary of the British exhibition group, ITE PLC, has announced the holding of the first international Paper Industry exhibition, Paper +, at the Codissia Trade Centre, in Coimbatore from November 27 to 29, 2010. The Indian Paper Industry is among the top 15 global players. India is the fastest growing market for paper globally and produces a wide range of paper and paper board with more than 700 paper units. The need of a regional business platform has been felt for some time. Tamil Nadu is a well recognized paper manufacturing centre in India. Today the Coimbatore and surrounding region holds 40- 45 mills and many leading paper machinery manufacturers and allied equipment manufacturers of this sector.
